2. Read the FULL DESCRIPTION before you book a service.

3. Please be ON TIME. I'm willing to work with you only if you contact me to let me know that you're running late. There is a 15 minute grace period, but after that your appointment will be canceled.

4. To lower the amount of no-shows, deposits are now required. Any no-shows will lose their deposit. Cancel your appointment by creating an account. Check your spam folder if you don't receive the e-mail confirmation. If you don't see the option to cancel, contact me at (205)536-9967.

5. By booking with Dess's Tresses, you agree that I reserve full rights to post photos of you on my website under "Client Cam" and on my business account on Instagram.

 

6. You will receive a reminder e-mail 24 hours prior to your appointment. For example: if your appointment is  at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday, expect the reminder e-mail Thursday at 3:00 p.m. This e-mail will contain the location/address.

 

7. Hair that needs to be colored  MUST be dropped off 4-5 days before installation.

8. Wigs/Frontals/Closures that need to be customized (bleached/plucked) MUST be brought 3-4 days before installation.
